Playing Kongana? Here's the useful stuff.
Contact supportInclude your device, iOS and game version, and what happened. Please don't send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.
No Kongana account is required. You can play without signing in to Game Center. Game Center is used for online leaderboards when available.
Tap when the monkey's free hand reaches a rock. Time your grabs carefully: the swing can reverse direction, and the monkey cannot hold on forever. Your height increases when you secure progress upward.
A Magic Papaya offers a second chance after a fall in an eligible run. A rescue is available only after upward progress, and only once per run.
Open the Shop and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. This restores the permanent Remove Ads purchase. Magic Papayas are consumable items: Restore Purchases does not refill spent papayas or automatically recover a lost local balance.
If a purchase did not arrive, contact support before deleting the app. Apple handles payments and refund requests through Report a Problem.
The current game stores progress and item balances on your device. Deleting the app can remove those saves, including unspent papayas. Do not reinstall as a first troubleshooting step. Game Center scores and Apple purchase records are separate from the local save.
Check your internet connection and Game Center sign-in. If the service is temporarily unavailable, you can still play and keep a local best score.
